Alyssa Giedd

Alyssa Giedd is our client manager and supreme tech talent. Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota and holds professional certifications in QuickBooks Online, ADP RUN (payroll) and Bill (accounts payable and receivable).

With nine years of experience in the accounting industry, Alyssa believes the best way to understand client needs is by doing more listening than talking. With that approach, she has served clients in construction, professional services, retail, and property management with managerial accounting, tax and software needs—financial statements, financial and software consulting, payroll and employee benefits management, sales and excise tax, invoicing and bill payment. She also specializes in new client onboarding, focusing on account and software configuration, training, and transitions. She has helped lead multiple software conversions to enhance client productivity through cloud-based technologies.

When she’s not busy surmounting challenges and creating solutions, Alyssa enjoys playing cards, volleyball and football, traveling, reading, and spending time in the sun. She also serves on the board of The Bold Institute, a local non-profit that hosts Tedx events.
